Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it.

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During sales, festive seasons or other high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to:

• Your delivery location.
• Courier operations.
• Weather conditions.
• Public holidays.
• Festive or peak-season demand.
• Transportation delays.
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Remote or difficult-to-reach locations may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping, promotional shipping rates or other delivery offers.

Any applicable shipping promotion will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide tracking information where available.

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment's progress.

Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after dispatch.

5. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Full name.
• House/Flat number.
• Street/Area.
• City.
• State.
• PIN code.
• Active phone number.

Vivid Solitaire Jewels is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated address provided by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect address immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to update it before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

6. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful because the customer is unavailable, the address is incorrect, the phone number cannot be reached, or delivery is otherwise unsuccessful, the courier may make another delivery attempt or return the parcel to us.

If a parcel is returned because of incorrect customer information, repeated failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Delayed Deliveries

We work with third-party courier partners to deliver your order.

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Courier delays may occur because of weather, transportation problems, operational issues, public holidays, strikes, high-volume periods or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in checking the shipment status.

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged, opened or tampered with at the time of delivery:

• Take clear photographs or video of the package before opening it.
• Record the complete unpacking process.
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is damaged, missing or incorrect.

Important

For damage, missing-item or wrong-product claims, a complete unpacking video is mandatory.

The video should begin before the package is opened and clearly show the shipping label, package condition and complete opening process.

Please keep all packaging until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

9. Wrong or Missing Product

If you receive a product different from what you ordered or an item is missing from your package, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Order number.
• Clear photographs.
• Complete unpacking video.
• Description of the issue.

We will review the claim and, where applicable, arrange an appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delivery Confirmation

Once the courier confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided during checkout, the order will be considered delivered unless a delivery issue is reported and verified.

If you believe your order has been marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with checking the shipment.

11. International Shipping

At present, shipping availability may be limited to the locations displayed at checkout.

If international shipping is offered, the customer may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for complying with applicable laws and requirements in their country of delivery.

12. Order Cancellation

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Once an order has been processed, packed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Any eligible cancellation or refund will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
